The utilization of livestock manure as organic fertilizer has considerable potential to support sustainable agriculture. However, the partner community, Sumber Rejeki Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Semarang City, still marketed organic fertilizer in bulk form due to the absence of granulation technology, resulting in limited product quality and added value. This community service program aimed to implement a granular organic fertilizer processing machine developed through previous research and to facilitate technology transfer to improve the partner's production capacity. The program was conducted from May to August 2025 using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving problem identification, community education, technology implementation, and program evaluation. The implementation included introducing the granulation machine, operational assistance, and guidance on machine operation. The results demonstrated that the partner successfully adopted the introduced technology, was able to operate the machine independently, and produced granular organic fertilizer with more uniform particle size, offering advantages in packaging, storage, distribution, and field application compared with bulk organic fertilizer. The technology transfer also enhanced the partner's technical capacity and supported the sustainable utilization of research outputs. This program demonstrates that integrating research outcomes into community service through appropriate technology effectively promotes innovation adoption while increasing the added value of local agricultural products.
